House Policies
Remember this is a Christian place. We encourage living according to the
scriptures. The minimum requirements are as follows:
• Upon your release you will come and check in with us.
You need to pay something on your rent when you check in, all is
preferred.
You will be required to gain employment and keep your rent current.
You are always welcome in the bible studies and church services but it
is not required.
• You will obey all city, county, state, federal and tribal laws. You can
not engage in assaultive activities, violence or threats of violence of
any sort.
• You will not have in your control or possession any firearm, deadly
weapon or explosive on these premises.
• You will not use, posses, or distribute alcohol beverages, any
controlled substance, or narcotic except as prescribed by a licensed
Physician. You will submit to any testing for drugs or alcohol as
requested by a staff member or the director.
• You will not engage in any form of a sexual act on the premises.
• Since this is a Co-ed facility, the men will not be allowed at or in
the women’s quarters and the women will not be allowed at or in the
men’s quarters.
• You will submit to a search of your automobile on the premises or your
living quarters as well as your bags, suit cases etc. without a warrant,
if the director or staff member feels they have probable cause to search
it.
You agree that the above is a bare minimum guideline and your specific
case may have more guidelines imposed on you, any violation of these
guidelines will be considered a violation of our policies which is a
special condition of the supervising parole officer over your case.
